The gallery is delighted to exhibit a solo presentation of work by British artist Lucy Williams. Known for her intricate mixed-media collages of Bauhaus and Modernist architecture in layers of Plexiglas, painted paper, piano wire, veneer, and other media, Williams is fascinated by the dualities between interiors and exteriors, particularly the tension between private and public. The gallery will showcase a selection of Williams’s new bas-relief collages, including her Palm Springs pools, libraries, and threaded collages—her recent exploration into abstraction.
